Over the past few years TTC Refrigeration have been introducing service and maintenance service contracts to assist both large fleets and smaller business owners with the task of managing their refrigerated fleet and ensuring they are serviced in a timely manner.
Our Service and Maintenance contracts are designed to help prevent costly breakdowns and ensure that your units are calibrated to UKAS standards. The refrigeration system is inspected to ensure compliance with the most current F-Gas regulations.
Although the plans will be tailored to the customers specific requirements, we base our plans on two base frames.
This plan will cover an annual service, 6 monthly inspection, UKAS calibration and the relevant F-gas checks where required. In addition to the plan, the customer will also benefit from a 10% discount on all parts used in repairs that fall outside the scope of the planned maintenance. The Customer will also benefit with direct secure access via a portal to all the relevant service documentation for all vehicles that are on the plan. So as soon as the service work is complete the digitised forms will be available and remain available for future access.
This plan covers all components as per the SLA, but will also cover all components that fail during normal use, including wear and tear items. Once again, these plans are flexible and can be tailored to your specific requirements. An example of this is for pharmaceutical transport units, where calibration is required at 6 month intervals.
