I just wanted to write to say thank you very much for visiting us last week and for fixing the problems with the chillers on the 2 vans, And also for fixing the defrost problem on our walk in freezer. (Whilst you were waiting for our second van to return!) This really was going the extra mile as far as customer satisfaction is concerned and was very much appreciated.
